SIS Complete MFA: User Enrollment Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Email Verification and Password Creation
1. Navigate to your email inbox and locate the following three enrollment emails: (1) Reset Password Request; (2) Verify Email Account; and (3) Enroll in Multifactor Authentication.
If you can’t find these emails, contact your System Administrator.

2. Open the Verify Email Account email to verify your email.
3. Click Confirm my account

4. Open the Reset Password Request email.
5. Click the link to reset your password. The Change Your Password screen is displayed.

6. Enter your new password and click Reset Password.

7. Open the Enroll in Multifactor Authentication email and proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: MFA
1. Download an authenticator app. Many organizations use Microsoft Authenticator or DUO. Below is a list of popular options:

2. Once your account is created in SIS Complete, you will receive an email prompting you to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Click the Enroll In Multifactor Authentication button.

3. Choose an authentication method. If you prefer to use an authenticator app, select one from the list provided in Step 1 (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator, DUO, Google Authenticator). Select the Google Authenticator or similar option.

4. Scan the provided QR code with your authenticator app. The app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code into the Enter your one-time code* box and click Continue.

5. Safely store the provided recovery code. Check the box labeled I have safely recorded this code and click Continue.

6. A confirmation screen will appear, indicating that you have successfully enrolled in MFA. You may now close the browser and proceed to the SIS Complete login page (details provided separately).

7. You can now log in to SIS Complete by selecting the Login with Cloud Identity button on the SIS Complete login screen.
